Staff Scheduling includes white-glove account set-up! We set up your account for you, train managers, and provide materials to get your staff up to speed.

Employee Time Off

This setting will establish the permissions allowed for staff time off requests.

Employee Shift Requests

This setting will establish the permissions allowed for staff shift pickup and requests.

Employee Shift Swaps

This setting will establish the permissions allowed for staff shift swaps.

Scheduling Managers

Please provide a list of managers (first, last names) that will have access to all the account features.

Access to Labor Costs

Please provide a list of managers (first, last names) that will have permission to view staff labor costs.

Please select the option that best describes how your Club would like to display the budget.

Each shift created in SchedulePop has a name and a time range. For example: Afternoon 3PM-11PM. If you know your shift names and times, please list them here.
